Support Montanan to Vote on Bush & Cheney's Guilt

Jon Tester (Senate-D) Government Integrity: "When I look back at Washington D.C., and I see what's going on, and I see the kind of pay to play mentality and the corruption that's going on...It's time we eliminate the big money from the equation...I'm going back there and clean that mess up." The Iraq War: "The time has come to support our troops by laying out a plan to bring them home."

Monica Lindeen (US House-D) Government Integrity: Play video. Something is inherently broken when our Constitutional rights are carelessly cast aside under the guise of the greater good. Something is even more broken when our elected representatives vote for laws against the interests and wishes of their constituents that dismantle our civil liberties. The Patriot Act is just such an animal, and, you guessed it, Dennis Rehberg voted for it. The Iraq War: Our trust, our hope – our very future rests in the hands of those who serve this country...God speed your return to this great land that you have built with your unwavering dedication and sacrifice.
Michael Fellows (US House-L) Government Integrity: Many people are concerned about civil liberty abuses that may occur with the Patriot Act. Should the government have access to your viewing and reading habits? Should the government use sneak and peek to confiscate computer hardware without due process and without formal charges? Law enforcement needs tools to catch those who infringe on our constitutional rights, but not this act. The Iraq War: All signs are pointing to an upcoming military draft. We must not force our young people to go to war.
Support Montanans to Introduce Impeachment Resolution on Bush & Cheney

Mike Mosolf--RE: Mr. Peoples’ opinion piece on the Montana’s Standard’s editorial page...The endorsement for re-election of Montana’s gold dust twins, U.S. Senator Conrad Burns and U.S. House of Representative Dennis Rehberg by Mr. Don Peoples must have produced some Sunday morning ad nauseam... Here’s another lesson in constitutional law readers should ponder over a wee bit before endorsing candidates for public office:
1-Did George W. Bush order the National Security Agency (NSA) to conduct electronic surveillance on American civilians without warrants? 2-Did Bush and Cheney justify the Iraq invasion with fake and misleading statements to deceive the people (not a difficult task) and Congress? 3- Did Bush and Cheney conspire to commit crimes in violation of the Geneva Convention? 4-Did Bush and Cheney act to expand the power of the executive branch? (Remember “I’m the Decider” proclamation?)
Admittedly, this is an abbreviated lesson so it’s up to Montana patriots to dig a little deeper in search of the truth. August 27th '06
When the Montana legislature was finally composed, there was a swing vote Constitutional Party member in a highly divided House. So, Senator Dave Wanzenried accepted the MT Resolution from members in his Senate District, for introduction in the less divisive Senate.
